HASHORA PROJECTGetting Started
A simple orientation for people who want to learn about Hashora before using software or mining.
Pre-launch guide
Start with the basics
Hashora is still being designed. This page explains the intended journey; it is not yet a live wallet or mining installation guide.
- Understand the project. Read How It Works to learn about proof of work, blocks and transactions.
- Review the design. Check the whitepaper for proposed consensus and economic rules.
- Choose your role. Users transact with a wallet, miners contribute hash power, and node operators independently validate the chain.
- Wait for verified releases. Install only from official sources once published.
- Start on testnet. Test coins should not be treated as having market value.
Safety first
- Never share a wallet seed phrase or private key.
- Do not send funds to anyone promising guaranteed mining returns.
- Verify downloads and release checksums.
- A small miner may wait a long time to find a block; outcomes depend on network difficulty and total hash rate.
